39.7  Summary of the third category in Group A
The third and final figure at the top of the symbol indicates the third category and shows us by means of the coloured areas that the beings of this category have too little feeling in relation to intelligence. These beings are therefore less religious than the beings in the second category, but represent, however, the same zone of evolution as these, but in another way. We have subdivided these beings into five sections (see Livets Bog, chapter 5). Of these, the most prominent beings represent what we call "science", just as "politicians" and "born" businessmen have their sphere of development here too. Because of insufficiently developed feeling we find in this zone antireligious beings and so-called "master criminals".
All beings within these categories will, as previously mentioned, have outgrown the old world impulse, and are not to any great extent receptive to divine suggestion. So they absolutely cannot get inspiration from or "be converted" by the ordinary forms of church services, baptisms and sacraments, but on the contrary only through life's own religion or speech, which in turn means the new world impulse. This brings us to the end of Group A.
