28.6  Every plane of existence has in turn many smaller cycles, which can also be symbolised by stairs or steps. There are, for example, the individual terrestrial lives, each being more perfect than the last. There are the cycles of the year and the cycles of the day, and so on. These smaller, local steps of the planes of existence are symbolised by the coloured areas furthest to the right in the symbol, which indicate the front of the step figure. We will return to this in the explanation of symbol no. 29. The white colour in symbol no. 28 symbolises X1, which here means the I of the universe. In symbol no. 28 we have thus shown the most easily accessible picture of the structure of eternal life or the universe. It shows us that eternal life is a road in eternal cosmic light, which is the same as a road in eternal love.
