They all find themselves in the rays from this sun. This means that they are within the jurisdiction of this common government or sovereignty. The fact that the rays are yellow and green symbolises that the states mentioned are ruled by intellectualised feeling, which in turn is the same as neighbourly love. No form whatsoever of war or dark karmic sufferings can therefore be found here. Hunger, need and poverty are unknown here too. Here no one can live at the expense of others, since the human faculty for creation is the only unit of value through which one can make a living.
