All the unfinished human beings of the earth will now complete their evolution. And this evolution will, of course, change entirely mankind's political structure. As mankind approaches the finished stage it will create a perfect world culture based on its highly developed humanitarianism, wisdom and intuition, a world culture in which justice or neighbourly love is the absolutely primary aspect of its way of being. This world culture will, of course, outshine everything covered by the concept of civilisation on Earth today.
