As this cosmic organ of prayer begins working every time the being finds itself in situations where it feels totally helpless as regards the maintenance of its own life, this organ cannot but be designed to provide help in the being's distressed situation. But just as surely and unshakably as this organ is designed for this, just as surely and unshakably must the object towards which the prayer is directed be of such a nature that would enable it to react to the distressed being in one helpful way or another. Of what use would this cosmic, organic ability be otherwise? No ability whatsoever can exist without a purpose. As the object towards which the prayer is ultimately directed is of the highest cosmic nature, it can be only the eternal originator of the universe itself. Living beings appear in all sizes from the microcosmic and mesocosmic to the macrocosmic. Since they all have the organ of prayer built in as the highest cosmic, mental connecting link between themselves and this originator, it becomes apparent here that this originator is absolutely the only object in the principle of prayer that can react to or answer helpfully the prayer of any living being whatsoever, whether it be the animal's cry of terror or the unfinished or unhappy human being's cry for help in their hour of suffering. Indeed, it does not matter if it be beings in the microcosmos or beings in the macrocosmos; built into absolutely all of them without exception is this cosmic connecting organ of prayer, which guarantees the living being an eternal connection and interaction with the very highest being, the being that is none other than the all-outshining one true Godhead of the universe.
