With the overcoming of the last remains of the animal nature in the psyche of the being it has developed a predisposition for permanent cosmic consciousness, which means a permanent day-conscious experience of the entire mental, spiritual or cosmic world. With this process it becomes spiritually totally sovereign. It experiences the Godhead with its pure, awake day-consciousness; it lives in daily conscious coexistence with this Godhead and is one hundred per cent in harmony with the consciousness of this omnipotent being. It is through such beings, appearing as world redeemers of varying levels in evolution, that the Godhead governs the worlds, leading the psyche of the beings into the particular moral standard of every evolutionary step in order finally, through those who are completely evolved, that is those who have total Christ consciousness, to lead them to the completion of their evolution, to the same high standard of consciousness, to total spiritual sovereignty, to being one with the Godhead.
