Those beings with a fully developed faculty of love have their domicile in the highest spiritual worlds, and constitute the organs of consciousness or the instruments for the unfoldment of God's primary consciousness. The collective organ for God's primary consciousness consists therefore of all the beings in the spiritual worlds of the cosmic spiral cycles, in the macrocosmos, the microcosmos and the mesocosmos, whose humaneness and love are completely developed. Symbolically these beings of love constitute two thirds of all existing living beings in the spiral cycle in the universe. Only one sixth of all the living beings of the universe are instruments for the manifestation of imperfection and darkness. These beings constitute the secondary consciousness of the Godhead. This sixth is the animal kingdom. The plant kingdom constitutes another sixth. This sixth constitutes the border zone between light and darkness in the spiral cycles, but belongs mainly to the area of light.
