24.10  The symbol as a whole symbolises the earth with its states, their governments and their unfinished or animal, mental condition as well as the earth's religious and cultural situation. We see that the symbol is divided into three parts. Two thirds of the outermost section of the symbol are orange-coloured; this means that the dominating basic mental energy is the energy of gravity. This in turn means that a condition conducive to killing and war is here the prevailing one.
