11.7  Without microbeings there would be no manifestation and experience of life
As we have pointed out above, the living being is not only an I or a "Something" with a faculty to create and experience and an instrument or an organism for this faculty to create and experience, by which it exists solely for itself. Its structure also determines that its own maintenance of life can take place only by virtue of the maintenance of a whole universe populated by living beings, in which it is itself the most supreme directing being or originator. This universe thus constitutes its organism. It is thus not an instrument or a machine made of iron and steel or other "sleeping" materials or substances. It is on the contrary built from a material composed of living beings, animated by the combinations of the six basic energies, which in turn are kept functioning and are directed by the mother energy and the "primordial desire". These living beings constitute centres of consciousness, equipped with faculties and talents for the release and creation of just those functions that are contributory vital necessities for the organism's normal maintenance and existence as an instrument for its source's opportunities for manifestation and experience. In return, these microbeings get this organism as dwelling or universe for their existence and possibility of life, just as their own little organism again in the same way becomes a dwelling or universe for still smaller beings, and so on. We will in the following symbols see how immensely perfect this system for the maintenance of all universes is for the creation and manifestation of life, and how impossible this would be if the law of the principles for the maintenance of the universe were not like this. How else would a physical organism be formed? The human being can build a robot from "sleeping" materials or metals, and with a mechanical interior that can be made to function by electric motive power. But how could an I manifest itself or manage with such a robot machine in which the possibility for the entire vital functioning is lacking, which the microbeings in the living beings' organisms create? How could the creation of such a robot take place at all if the organism of its originator did not function by virtue of microbeings? How does one believe it would feel in an organism where one's brain, lungs, heart, kidneys and all other organs were made of metal? How could an I think, create and experience with such a lifeless organism or a universe that was not inhabited by living beings?
