The terrestrial human being is in eternal life's "zone of death", from where, through evolution, it is in the process of waking up to real "life" or "cosmic consciousness"
1539. As for the terrestrial human being, it is thus in eternal life's "zone of death". It lacks "cosmic consciousness". It is thus "unconscious" on the cosmic or spiritual plane, and therefore knows nothing of that side of its nature, with the exception of the cosmic answers or glimpses of a higher life it has received through religions and world redeemers, and the higher cosmic nature of the being's soul and spirit that corresponds to these. But through the manifestation of the "comforter, the holy spirit" in the form of the spiritual science that God has revealed to us here, these answers have now become accessible to the advanced, enquiring researcher's intellectual understanding. And with the study of this science, this "comforter" or "holy spirit" – in the form of "cosmic consciousness" – will begin to fill his thoughts and thereby his soul, and make his spirit correspondingly "at one with the Father", and in this way wake him up from the "zone of death" of the spiral and make him aware of "eternal life" as a conscious fact.
