258. We now come to the basic energy which is symbolised by the fourth step. It has the power of penetrating the three previous energies and is the origin for all in existence coming under the concept of "intelligence". Therefore it is called "intelligence energy". And as its function is to promote living beings' faculties for analysing and reasoning, that zone where this energy has its particular expansion and culmination will have "highest wisdom" as its greatest factor of life or faculty of consciousness. That zone therefore is defined as the "kingdom of wisdom".
