With reference to human beings in the criminal world it must be said that the disharmony in all of them and their unfeeling behaviour will lead to great suffering and a hard fate for them through which their primitive and underdeveloped faculty of feeling will be matured and ennobled so that they will be made receptive to "conversion" by the old or the new world impulse, thus being ready once more for a direction towards the Kingdom of Light.
