156. The third and last figure at the bottom represents the third and last category in Group B. This figure shows that these people appear with too much intelligence in relation to feeling. They are therefore not very religiously minded. As they have no conscience with regard to the laws of civilization, in many cases they will, to a great extent, be in permanent disharmony with those laws and so will appear as "criminals" - just as in the case of some people from the last section of the third category in Group A.
