Summary of the second category in Group B
155. The second figure expresses the second category in Group B, showing human beings having too much feeling in relation to intelligence, making them hyper-religious. So these people do not show the kind of common sense in their behaviour that we see from those in the first category of the same group. This condition releases itself in the form of "holy wrath" and "masked intolerance", or in the persecution of people who think in another way or have a different religious concept. The latter was especially dominant during the Middle Ages when burning at the stake was practised. And it is also from that time we have the people who chiefly became representatives of that factor we have defined under the concept of the "hard skin". But the same type is also to be found at the present time, and the new world impulse will meet no little resistance from such people within any of the world religions.
