Chapter 8
Materialistic researchers and "universal love"
And it is a matter of course that such beings in the absolute sense cannot either be said to be "high-intellectual", however much they may be said to be representatives for modern science, which has as its answers only weights, measures and vibrations. This is not meant as a disparagement of this science, which, as I have expressed in my earlier writings, is the beginning of the "Holy Spirit" or the only true and absolute knowledge; on the contrary, it is meant to point out the truth or actual facts and thereby help to dissolve the suggestion that – in the form of blind confidence in earthly science in fields where it does not have any expertise – makes materialism modern and fosters new hypnotising dogmas that to a certain extent are even more naive and primitive than the abhorred religious dogmas, since the latter are, after all, in a certain way in contact with logic or reality in that they put a creator behind the created, whereas "scientific" dogmas to no insignificant extent mock everything that is outside the scope of the usual "scientific measuring instruments" without knowing that the "Creator" can never be seen in a microscope or a telescope, and that these instruments do not extend people's view of the Creator Himself but extend only their view of His productions. Researchers of this category do not yet understand that the "Creator" can be seen only through quite a different kind of "instrument", namely the instrument of "universal love", which is the only thing that can be attuned to the "wavelength" that directly reveals the "Creator", life's eternal source or the great solution of the riddle of existence.
