Conference

Every year, the Martinus Institute hosts a conference, the purpose of which is to create dialogue between contemporary spiritual and cultural currents and Martinus’s analyses. To each conference we invite one or more guests with specific insights into the field in question. The conferences are an open and dialogic forum aimed at anyone interested in the topic.

Consciousness and its spiritual dimensions – Online conference via Zoom

16.00– 20.00 CET on 20th– 21st October 2023

What is consciousness and where is it? Why do we perceive our surroundings, our fellow beings and ourselves in the way we do? Martinus describes our consciousness as being situated in a spiritual dimension. We have a physical brain and a physical body, but behind them our consciousness also has a number of spiritual bodies and an eternal superconsciousness. We need to consider the spiritual dimensions of consciousness in order to understand how we create and experience our life and fate. We will also consider how Martinus’s analyses relate to modern research within natural sciences, psychology and philosophy.

We invite you to take part of a series of online lectures by invited guests as well as teachers at the Martinus Centre, Klint. Participants will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and participate in dialogue. The conference will take place on Zoom.

Online attendance: 250 DKK via Zoom. You will receive the link to our Zoom room after registration. A full programme will be published here later on.
